Job Overview:

This Registered Nurse position requires an experienced and skilled individual to deliver high-quality patient care in Slough and surrounding areas.

Main Job Responsibilities:
  • To provide reliable and flexible care with a strong understanding of duty of care principles.
  • Maintain timely and effective communication with healthcare professionals to achieve planned goals and objectives.
  • Assist in the assessment, evaluation, admission, care program, and discharge processes for all residents, ensuring seamless care delivery.
  • Administer and order medicines as required by the facility, adhering to policies and procedures to ensure patient safety.
  • Work within the NMC codes of conduct and scope of practice, as well as the facilities' policies and procedures, to maintain professional standards.
  • Provide support and guidance to care staff and nursing colleagues as needed, promoting a collaborative team environment.
  • Maintain open and transparent communication with relatives and other healthcare professionals, prioritizing patient-centered care.
  • Ensure confidentiality regarding all aspects of care and management is maintained at all times.

Salary Details:

The estimated salary for this role is £30,000 - £45,000 per annum, providing a competitive remuneration package.
