About the Role- Deliver person-centred support plans, working closely with customers to identify and achieve their goals.
- Provide information, social inclusion, and vocational opportunities to support customers' recovery and well-being.
- Facilitate group workshops on mental health dynamics and well-being, promoting positive relationships and community engagement.
- NVQ Level 2 or equivalent qualification in a relevant field.
- Significant experience in mental health support work, ideally with a focus on recovery and empowerment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers from diverse backgrounds.
- A competitive salary of £23,500 per annum, plus benefits including annual leave, pension schemes, staff discounts, and healthcare.
