**Salary:** £24,960 per annum, paid weekly, £480 per week

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide emotional support and guidance to customers struggling with mental health issues
  • Help customers develop coping strategies and self-management techniques to improve their mental health
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare professionals, social workers, and other stakeholders to ensure comprehensive care
  • Support customers in setting and achieving personal goals, promoting independence and confidence
  • Facilitate group sessions and workshops focused on mental health awareness, stress management, and resilience-building
  • Engage with local communities and partner organizations to promote mental health initiatives and raise awareness about related issues

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2/3 or equivalent, or experience in the social care/charity sector
  • Practical understanding of mental health conditions and their impact on affected individuals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Demonstrable ability to build positive relationships with diverse groups
  • Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment
