About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Spire Healthcare, working part-time in a permanent position. As a Clinical Pharmacist, you will be responsible for providing exemplary pharmacy services, ensuring safe and effective use of medicines, and promoting a multidisciplinary approach to healthcare delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert advice and support to consultants, clinicians, and patients on safe medication use.
  • Collaborate with hospital departments to ensure compliance with legislation and professional standards.
  • Develop and implement strategies to promote patient safety and quality care.
Requirements
  • You must be a qualified Pharmacist registered with the General Pharmaceutical Council (GPhC) with no restrictions.
  • Previous hospital experience is essential, with a minimum of 2 years' experience.
  • SAP system experience is desirable but not mandatory.
  • You should be a team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
