Executive Producer Theatre Productions

This is a full-time, fixed-term maternity cover position based in London. The salary for this role is estimated to be £55,000 - £65,000 per annum.
About the RoleWe are seeking an experienced Executive Producer to lead the General Management function of our London production office. You will oversee all aspects of commercial productions, including negotiating contracts, securing creative teams and controlling costs.
You will work closely with our Production Management and Design teams, as well as collaborate with internal colleagues across departments.
Main Responsibilities- Negotiating and overseeing all contracts for commercial productions in line with production budgets and current union agreements.
- Securing creative teams for each production and supporting their work on each production.
- Negotiating co-production and venue agreements as required.
- Controlling pre-production and running costs for each production.
The successful candidate will have significant leadership experience in a management position overseeing productions in commercial theatre. They will also have excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with a wide range of people.
