Job Overview

We're seeking a customer-obsessed and results-driven Senior Product Manager to own the strategy, development, and execution of solutions for our Rebate Management platform. As a key member of our team, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of rebate management.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Deeply understand customer needs and challenges to define a product strategy that delivers real solutions.
  2. Build and own a roadmap that prioritizes customer impact and aligns with business objectives.
  3. Partner closely with design, engineering, product marketing, customer success, and revenue teams to ensure seamless execution from ideation to launch.
  4. Drive product releases with a strong focus on delivering measurable outcomes.
  5. Act as the central point of communication for internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on priorities, progress, and product delivery timelines.
  6. Use customer feedback and data analytics to inform decision-making and continuously refine the product roadmap.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of product management experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
  • Strong experience in building and delivering product roadmaps with a focus on execution excellence.
  • Proven ability to understand customer needs and translate them into successful product solutions.
  • A deep appreciation of creating delightful user experiences.
  • Experience partnering with design, engineering, and product marketing teams to drive cross-functional execution.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making abilities.
  • Experience in launching and managing go-to-market strategies for products.
