Senior Care Assistant Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and caring Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Unique Senior Care, based in Stratford Upon Avon. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will provide leadership and mentoring to our caregivers, supporting their development and ensuring the delivery of high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and mentor caregivers to ensure the delivery of high-quality care
  • Support the development of caregivers' skills and competences
  • Provide a focus on continuous professional development within the team
  • Ensure Unique Senior Care is represented effectively in partnership with local service providers
  • Manage rotas and provide an emergency response service for residents
  • Ensure all carers provide care of the highest quality using a mentoring and coaching approach
