About the Role

We're looking for motivated and empathetic Support Workers to join our team in Tonbridge. As a valued member, you'll work closely with clients, their families, and other professionals to ensure seamless support.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting clients with daily living activities, such as accessing local amenities.
  • Engaging clients in social activities and promoting connections with family and friends.
  • Managing clients' finances and maintaining cleanliness in their homes.
  • Providing personal care and support.

While experience is not essential, we provide comprehensive training programmes to help you grow in your role.
