We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Student Nurse Associate, specializing in Learning Disabilities. As a key member of our multidisciplinary team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality, person-centered care to our service users.
Key Responsibilities- Work collaboratively with registered practitioners to deliver evidence-based health and social care services.
- Carry out specific clinical tasks and responsibilities as delegated by registered practitioners.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with service users, their families, carers, and colleagues.
- Evaluate complex information to assist with decision-making and problem-solving.
- Work in a multi-disciplinary team to achieve shared goals and objectives.
- English and Mathematics at GCSE grade C/4 or Functional Skills at level 2.
- Evidence of recent study to level 3. Applicants with previous study at level 4 or higher will be considered on an individual basis.
- Ability to balance the demands of a role in the workplace alongside a student role.
- Basic IT skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience of working with vulnerable client groups, including those with Learning Disabilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing situations.
