We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Student Nurse Associate. This exciting opportunity will enable you to develop your skills and knowledge in a supportive and dynamic environment.
Job SummaryThe Student Nurse Associate will work as part of a multidisciplinary team, delivering evidence-based health and social care that focuses on the holistic needs of service users. They will carry out specific clinical tasks and responsibilities as delegated by registered practitioners.
Main Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality patient care that is person-centred, safe, and compassionate.
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to achieve patient outcomes.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with patients, families, carers, and colleagues.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of care plans that meet the individual needs of patients.
- Participate in the training and development of colleagues to enhance their skills and knowledge.
- English and Mathematics at GCSE grade C/4 or Functional Skills at level 2.
- Evidence of recent study to level 3. Applicants with previous study at level 4 or higher will be considered on an individual basis.
- Ability to communicate effectively (written, verbal, and non-verbal communication).
- Basic IT skills.
- Problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
