About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pensions Consultant to join our team at Capita Pension Solutions. As a Pensions Consultant, you will play a key role in creating and implementing resilient and responsible pension strategies for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of pension regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on pension-related matters.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of pension services.
  • Conduct research and analysis to identify trends and areas for improvement in pension schemes.
  • Develop and implement effective solutions to address pension-related challenges.
  • Communicate complex pension information to clients and stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
  • Stay up-to-date with changes in pension regulations and policies, and ensure compliance with relevant laws and guidelines.
Requirements
  • Strong understanding of pension regulations, policies, and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
