We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Pensions Consultant to join our team at Tata Consultancy Services. As a key member of our Pensions Transformation team, you will work closely with external business partners and consultants to deliver large-scale transition and transformation programs for our clients in the UK.
Key Responsibilities- Produce and analyze specification documents for application delivery or operations teams to transform processes in a new operating platform.
- Work closely with stakeholders and focus groups to report progress, take feedback, and consider improvements on the development of the proposition.
- Collaborate with industry experts to interpret scheme rules, emerging regulatory change, and legal rulings to assess impact to the Pension Scheme and develop solutions and recommendations.
- Specialize in UK Public and Private Sector Defined Benefits Schemes and deliver business processes and system changes to meet regulatory updates and rule changes.
- Experience in interpreting and implementing pension scheme changes impacting people, systems, and clients.
- Good knowledge of MS Office suite and understanding of relevant Pension benefit structure/s to support the Program team with clarifications.
- Ability to support the Transformation Program by working closely with Technical, IT Development, and Digital solution teams to complete the gap analysis using Agile methodologies.
