The National Access and Scaffolding Confederation (NASC) is seeking an accomplished Technical Strategy Lead to spearhead the development and implementation of cutting-edge technical solutions. As a key member of the senior leadership team, this individual will be responsible for shaping the future of the access and scaffolding industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute a comprehensive technical strategy that aligns with NASC's business objectives and drives industry growth.
  2. Provide expert guidance on technical and safety matters, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and best practices.
  3. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including industry partners, government bodies, and regulatory agencies.
  4. Lead the creation of engaging content and deliver impactful programs, seminars, and workshops that enhance technical skills and safety awareness among NASC members.
  5. Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the access and scaffolding sector, leveraging technology to drive industry advancements.
  6. Manage resources effectively to ensure successful project execution, meeting strategic objectives and delivering results-oriented outcomes.
  7. Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement among NASC members and CISRS Centres, promoting knowledge sharing and collaborative growth.
  8. Represent NASC at industry events, conferences, and forums, contributing to the advancement of the access and scaffolding industry.

Estimated salary: £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
