Role Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Bupa. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will play a pivotal role in driving and running the unit alongside clinical duties in the home.

Key Responsibilities

  • Take responsibility for the well-being of our residents and ensure their physical, emotional, and social needs are met.
  • Coach and guide the team, providing formal and informal teaching programs for colleagues and other care professionals.
  • Carry out assessments and develop, implement, and evaluate individualized care plans for each of our residents.
  • Monitor work areas and practices to ensure they are safe and conform to relevant standards, policies, and legislation.

Requirements

  • A Registered Nurse with a valid NMC pin and a genuine commitment to adhering to the NMC Codes of Conduct and expanding your professional development.
  • A positive attitude, energy, and enthusiasm to encourage a supportive working environment.
  • Naturally caring with a hands-on approach, you have a flair for helping people maintain their independence, choice, and dignity.
  • An effective communicator who can build strong and honest relationships with residents and the people they care about.
