About the Role:
The School Nursing Service is seeking a dedicated and passionate professional to join their team as a Specialist Community Public Health Nurse. This role will focus on improving the health and wellbeing of children and reducing health inequalities for School aged children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess risk and provide specialist care to children and young people
- Work collaboratively with schools and the community to promote health and wellbeing
- Develop and implement public health initiatives to reduce health inequalities
Requirements:
- Specialist Community Public Health Nursing (SCHPN) Qualification - preferred
- Passion for working with children and young people
- Ability to assess risk and provide specialist care
