United Living Group is seeking an Accurate Financial Reporting Expert to join its Property Services finance function. As a key member of the team, you will play a crucial role in providing quality and timely management information to pillar management and the UL Group finance function.

About the Role

This position requires a strong understanding of financial reporting principles and a keen eye for detail. The successful candidate will have excellent analytical skills and be able to provide accurate and reliable financial data to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver high-quality management information to meet the needs of internal and external stakeholders
  • Support the Financial Controller in maintaining and developing the accounts system and reporting processes
  • Assist the project team QS in the production and review of monthly CVRs (Construction Value Reports)
  • Process monthly contract accounting and allocate costs correctly to projects
  • Ensure the correct IT set-up of new projects and employees
  • Analyse WIP (Work-in-Progress) ageing and perform Balance Sheet reconciliations for ULN, ULS, and Partner Construction

The ideal candidate will have a finalist or newly qualified ACCA or CIMA qualification and a genuine desire to work across disciplines (Commercial, Construction & Group Finance). Experience operating variants of Microsoft Dynamics NAV platforms is also desirable.

The estimated salary for this role is £37,000 - £41,000 per annum, depending on experience. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a dynamic and inclusive team at United Living Group.
