We are seeking an experienced Surgical and Urology Advanced Care Practitioner to join our team at Ashford and St. Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the ongoing development of clinical practice and standards of care within the service, including the development of policies, procedures, protocols, and guidelines in collaboration with multidisciplinary colleagues.

Key responsibilities will include utilising scope of practice to undertake Non-Medical Prescribing role and provide advice on medicine management issues associated with the patient specialty group, as well as providing a seamless, high-quality service from referral through to assessment, diagnosis, treatment, and review.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

  • Develop and implement clinical policies and procedures to ensure high-quality patient care.
  • Lead the development and updating of referral guidelines and policies for the service.
