Clinical Lead Urology Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Advanced Clinical Practitioner to join our team at Ashford & St. Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Job ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Managing a caseload of patients with undifferentiated and undiagnosed presentations.
- Providing specialist advice to the multidisciplinary team based on patient assessment.
- Participating in multidisciplinary clinics, ward rounds, patient reviews, and multidisciplinary team meetings.
- Developing clinical practice and standards of care within the service.
Ashford and St. Peter's Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust serves a population of over 410,000 people, providing a wide range of services across two hospital sites and community healthcare facilities.
RequirementsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- Significant post-registration specialty experience to the level of advanced practice.
- Enhanced clinical skills relevant to the area of clinical practice.
- Experience of working as an autonomous practitioner.
