About the Role

The Public Cloud GTM Alliance Leader will lead our strategic relationships with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) and hyperscalers in EMEA in support of our global partnership. The role will be responsible for shaping and leading our cloud strategy and go-to-market with CSPs in the region. Working closely with our Sales Leaders and Account Teams in the region, it will define our annual growth plan with CSPs, identifying target markets & industries, developing sales plays & solutions, training & enabling Account Teams, Solution Consultants, Customer Experience, Customer Success and Support colleagues and delivering on our revenue targets and strategic milestones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute cloud strategy and go-to-market plans with CSPs in EMEA
  • Lead strategic relationships with CSPs and hyperscalers in the region
  • Collaborate with Sales Leaders and Account Teams to define annual growth plans with CSPs
  • Identify target markets and industries for CSP partnerships
  • Develop sales plays and solutions for CSPs
  • Train and enable Account Teams, Solution Consultants, Customer Experience, Customer Success and Support colleagues
  • Deliver on revenue targets and strategic milestones

About You

A successful leader will have executive presence and communication skills. They will be a strong facilitator, coordinating across Sales, Product, CX, Marketing and Partner organizations. They will operate with Partner obsession and high judgment. Lastly, they will exhibit ownership and take accountability for exceeding expectations and targets.

Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Partner Alliances experience, aimed at driving pipeline and revenue growth through partner GTM programs
  • 4+ years of experience working in a Partner strategy and business development role

Other Qualifications:

  • Alliance management or Public Cloud partner management experience ideal (with Public cloud certifications as a plus)
  • Ability to frame, structure and execute large and complex partnerships
  • Ability to engage with executives, facilitate business development, identify large-scale greenfield opportunities, and deliver business and revenue outcomes
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and executives
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and high level of integrity, a positive demeanor and high energy
  • Moderate Travel: 20-30%
