About the Role

The Global Partner Organization's Partner Strategy and Business Development team is seeking a seasoned leader to drive our Public Cloud GTM strategy in EMEA. As the Public Cloud GTM Alliance Leader, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our cloud strategy with Cloud Service Providers (CSPs) in the region.

Key responsibilities include defining our annual growth plan with CSPs, identifying target markets and industries, developing sales plays and solutions, training and enabling Account Teams, Solution Consultants, Customer Experience, Customer Success, and Support colleagues, and delivering on revenue targets and strategic milestones.

You will work closely with our Sales Leaders and Account Teams in the region to drive growth and success. A key aspect of this role is collaborating with the global team to develop strategic collaboration initiatives with CSPs, creating new and innovative solutions, and GTM partner plays that expand our addressable market, accelerate time to revenue, and create competitive advantage for our customers, Workday, and our partners.

About You

We are looking for a leader with executive presence and communication skills, who can facilitate across Sales, Product, CX, Marketing, and Partner organizations. You will operate with Partner obsession and high judgment, exhibiting ownership and accountability for exceeding expectations and targets. Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of Partner Alliances experience, driving pipeline and revenue growth through partner GTM programs.
  • 4+ years of experience working in a Partner strategy and business development role.

Other Qualifications:

  • Alliance management or Public Cloud partner management experience ideal (with Public cloud certifications as a plus).
  • Ability to frame, structure, and execute large and complex partnerships.
  • Ability to engage with executives, facilitate business development, identify large-scale greenfield opportunities, and deliver business and revenue outcomes.
  • Ability to influence senior leaders and executives.
  • Self-motivated, with a strong work ethic and high level of integrity, a positive demeanor, and high energy.
  • 20-30% travel.
