We are seeking an experienced Marine Ecologist to lead our marine ecology team and contribute to the growth of our portfolio of high-profile marine projects. As the technical director, you will provide expert guidance on marine ecological and consenting issues, ensuring compliance with UK regulations.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of marine consenting and licensing regimes, with experience in liaising with regulatory bodies and submitting licence applications. They will also possess comprehensive marine ecological expertise, including the preparation and review of specialist technical chapters and impact assessments.

This role offers flexibility and hybrid work options, allowing you to do your best work while fostering a safe and respectful workplace.

You will work closely with our multidisciplinary team to improve environmental outcomes for our clients. You will be responsible for managing resources and budgets, reporting progress to clients, and mentoring junior team members.

  • £65,000 - £85,000 per annum
