Prisoner Support Worker

We are seeking a compassionate and experienced individual to support the delivery of our Emotional Resilience service to prisoners in HMP Preston. As a Prisoner Support Worker, you will work closely with our team to provide emotional support and guidance to individuals facing challenges within the prison system.
About You:
We are looking for someone with a strong understanding of the prison environment and a passion for supporting individuals through difficult circumstances. You will be able to empathise with the emotional challenges faced by prisoners and work to provide them with the best possible support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide emotional support and guidance to prisoners in HMP Preston
- Work closely with our team to deliver our Emotional Resilience service
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with prisoners and prison staff
- Collaborate with other organisations to provide a comprehensive support network
