Prison Resilience Support Specialist

We are seeking a Prison Resilience Support Specialist to join our team at Pact, a highly respected independent charity working across England and Wales to develop and deliver innovative services. The successful candidate will support the delivery of our Emotional Resilience service to the benefit of prisoners in HMP Preston.
About You:
We are looking for a real 'doer' and 'people person' who has an understanding of prison and is able to connect with people in prison, empathise with their emotional challenges and work to support them in the best ways possible. You will be comfortable communicating with people of all levels and backgrounds, able to find the right words and tone to help people share your vision, while being a great listener who can understand other people's point of view.
