**Job Description:**
* Assist individuals with daily tasks, such as personal care and meal preparation
* Develop skills according to person-centred plans, promoting independence and confidence
* Record personal achievements and milestones, providing feedback to colleagues and management
* Maintain accurate records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
* Collaborate with colleagues and management to deliver high-quality care and support services

* A competitive salary of £22,916 - £23,322 per annum, based on full-time hours (part-time will be considered)
