About the Job:

We are seeking a skilled Psychologist to join our Children's Clinical Team at Compass Associates, working in collaboration with a leading provider of children's specialist services.

This full-time permanent role involves working from home and visiting residential sites within your designated area, providing specialist care and support for children with complex needs.

Your duties will encompass assessment, consultation, and formulation of therapeutic plans, as well as direct work with children and young people, staff training, and provision of guidance.

">

Our supportive environment offers senior guidance from the Clinical Lead and Associate Clinical Director, alongside close collaboration with other professionals.

">Job Requirements:">
  • Hold a Doctorate-level qualification in Clinical, Counselling, Forensic, or Educational Psychology;">
  • Be fully registered with the HCPC without any conditions;">
  • Possess a clear enhanced DBS certificate;">
  • Have a valid UK driving license and access to a car;">
  • Demonstrate knowledge of residential care and trauma-informed practices;">
  • Show experience working with children and young people in CAMHS, residential, or educational settings.">

The estimated annual salary for this role is up to £63,000, commensurate with experience.
