Client Services Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Client Services Manager to join our team in Newcastle and Gateshead. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for leading our team of support workers and coordinators, delivering high-quality care and support services to our customers.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of support workers and coordinators to deliver person-centred, efficient, and quality care and support services.
- Coach and develop individual and team performance, ensuring high standards of care and support are maintained.
- Oversee health and safety checks and risk assessments, ensuring a safe environment for customers and staff.
- Promote the service, ensuring it is visible and accessible to referring agencies and self-referring customers.
- Monitor and improve the quality of the service, using KPIs and customer satisfaction surveys to inform decision-making.
- Great people skills, ability to communicate and understand the needs of customers.
- Confidence to challenge behaviours that are not aligned to our values, and the ability to advocate for customers.
- Experience of leading a team, with a track record of empowering and developing others.
- Experience of delivering support in a housing or care environment.
- A vehicle insured for business purposes, with mileage paid by the company.
