We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Pharmacist to join our team at Rowlands Pharmacy. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work in a hospital environment, providing high-quality pharmaceutical services to patients and contributing to the optimization of medication use and improved patient outcomes.
Main Responsibilities:
- To work collaboratively with healthcare professionals to ensure safe and effective use of medications.
- To participate in the development and implementation of pharmacy policies and procedures.
Requirements and Benefits:
- A degree in pharmacy and registration with the GPhC.
- Experience in pharmacy practice, preferably in a hospital setting.
