About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Nighttime Care Practitioner to join our team at Priesty Fields Care Home. As a Nighttime Care Practitioner, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents during the night shift.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist residents with personal care, hygiene, and meals
  • Participate in daily activities and provide emotional support and companionship
  • Enable residents to enjoy a fulfilling life focused on their interests, preferences, and abilities
  • Maintain high standards in the care home environment
  • Work flexibly as part of a team to meet residents' needs
