Senior Care Practitioner Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Senior Care Practitioner to join our team at Priesty Fields Care Home in Congleton. As a Senior Care Practitioner, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality person-centered care to our residents.

About the Role
  • Lead and support care teams in delivering exceptional care
  • Assist residents with personal care, nutrition, and daily activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to ensure residents live fulfilling, enriched lives
  • Oversee senior-level duties, including staff supervision, appraisals, record-keeping, and liaison with external professionals
  • Maintain a high standard of care and professionalism within the home

Requirements
  • Proven leadership or supervisory experience in a residential or nursing care setting
  • A warm, positive attitude with excellent communication skills
  • Confidence in using technology and record-keeping systems

  • Flexibility to accommodate shift patterns that meet the needs of our residents
