Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and support care teams in delivering high-quality person-centered care
  • Assist residents with personal care, nutrition, and daily activities
  • Provide emotional support and companionship to residents, ensuring they live fulfilling and enriched lives based on their individual preferences and abilities
  • Oversee senior-level duties, including staff supervision, appraisals, record-keeping, and liaison with external professionals
  • Maintain a high standard of care and professionalism within the home
