  • Collaborate with the team to achieve service goals and objectives

Requirements

  • Level 4 or equivalent Lead Practitioner Diploma in Adult Care or willingness to undertake this qualification
  • Experience and knowledge of outcome-focused support for vulnerable people
  • Recent experience in the field of learning disabilities, preferably in regulated services or day service provision
  • Ability to think operationally, lead and manage people, and communicate effectively
