- Ensure the wellbeing of supported individuals and provide adequate support to maximise their dignity, independence, and privacy
We are looking for a candidate with a Level 4 or equivalent Lead Practitioner Diploma in Adult Care or a Level 3 Diploma and a willingness to undertake the qualification within an agreed timescale. You will also need to have recent experience in the field of learning disabilities in either regulated services or day service provision.
