**About the Role**

We are seeking an experienced Compliance Team Lead to join our team at bet365. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of analysts and team leaders, allocating work, conducting one-to-ones, team meetings, and coaching.

The ideal candidate will have previous managerial experience, a strong understanding of information technology, and demonstrable experience working in an IT environment. Excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and excellent documentation skills are also essential.

As a Regulatory Affairs Manager, you will assess the impact of business projects and changes against compliance requirements, providing internal consultancy to internal departments on regulatory matters. You will liaise with key stakeholders to ensure regulations within each of the jurisdictions are complied with.

A competitive salary of £80,000 - £100,000 per annum is offered, depending on experience.

**Key Responsibilities**

  • Managing a team of analysts and team leaders by allocating work, conducting one-to-ones, team meetings, and coaching.
  • Assessing the impact of business projects and changes against compliance requirements.
  • Providing internal consultancy to internal departments on regulatory matters.
  • Liaising with key stakeholders to ensure regulations within each of the jurisdictions are complied with.
