At Uniting People, we strive to create a positive impact in our community. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Head of Compliance in ensuring the company's regulatory requirements are met.
As a Compliance Officer, your primary responsibility will be to provide timely and accurate advice to the business on regulatory matters. This includes regular risk reporting, second-line compliance monitoring, and acting as a lead in compliance monitoring activities.
The successful candidate will have excellent knowledge of relevant regulations and guidelines, including FCA, Data Protection, OFCOM, CCA, and CSA Code of Practice. Additionally, they should possess at least 2 years of experience in a similar role within an FCA regulated environment.
We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive up to 35 days' annual leave, including Bank Holidays.
