This position requires expertise in assessing risks, guiding rehabilitation programmes, and empowering prisoners for a positive future. You will be responsible for managing a team of forensic psychologists and working directly with prisoners to create tailored rehabilitation plans.

The ideal candidate will have Chartered status with the British Psychological Society and experience completing parole reports and assessments such as WAIS IV, HCR-20, PCL-R, IPDE and SARA. Strong knowledge of the Offender Personality Disorder pathway is also essential.
