Psychology Support Specialist

Protocol Education is seeking a caring and patient individual to join their team as a Psychology Support Specialist. This role involves working with students who have challenging behaviours, providing support and guidance to help them develop positive relationships with their peers and staff.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide individualised support to students with challenging behaviours
- Work closely with staff to develop and implement behaviour plans
- Use creative methods to reinforce positive behaviour and improve student outcomes
- Build strong relationships with students, staff, and parents to ensure a supportive and inclusive learning environment
- Previous experience working with children with challenging behaviours
- Patience, kindness, and fairness are essential characteristics for this role
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff and parents to achieve positive outcomes
