Job Description:This long-term role involves managing and organising cover for absent staff, ensuring that safeguarding requirements and other relevant regulations are in place. The successful candidate will also communicate with SLT and office staff to assess school needs, liaise with external stakeholders, approve agency staff timesheets, and discreetly handle confidential information.
Required Skills & Qualifications:- Experience in an administrative role within an education setting.
- Familiarity with SIMS (School Information Management Systems).
- Strong communication skills, including excellent written and verbal abilities.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Outlook).
