We are seeking a skilled Organic Product Administrator to join our team.

In this role, you will provide critical administrative support for the organic certification process, working closely with our Certification Officers and licensees in the cosmetics sector. Your duties will include managing the team inbox, responding to incoming calls, reviewing licensee submissions, and updating product data in our system.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need A Level education or equivalent and experience in cosmetics (science / formulations / product development / technical), Quality Assurance, and/or certification processes. Excellent communication and organisational skills are essential, as well as the ability to manage your own workload effectively. You should also have a keen eye for detail and be able to provide excellent customer service on the phone and via email.

Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £33,000 per annum, plus benefits including 27 days annual holiday increasing to 30 days with length of service, plus bank holidays (pro rata for part time). Our pension scheme has ethical investment options and employer contribution increases with length of service. Other benefits include free membership of the Soil Association, discounts on organic produce, volunteer days, family friendly policies, flexible working, and a cycle to work scheme.
