Job Title: Compliance Monitoring and Quality Manager

Cyclerval Ltd, a leading company in the energy sector, is seeking a highly skilled Compliance Monitoring and Quality Manager to join their team at the Exeter Energy Recovery Facility.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in compliance management, safety systems, and environmental regulations. As a Compliance Monitoring and Quality Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the facility's compliance with environmental permits and licenses, interpreting emissions data, and auditing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and monitor safety systems, procedures, and safe systems of work to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Interpret emissions data and conduct audits to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the Plant Manager and site team to develop and implement strategies for maintaining high productivity while ensuring health, safety, and environmental compliance.
  • Embed a safety and compliance-based culture within the workplace.
  • Stay up-to-date with relevant management standards, ISO9001, ISO14001, and ISO 45001.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of environmental regulation and law.
Requirements:
  • 1 year of experience in compliance management, preferably in a highly regulated environment.
  • Strong knowledge of Continuous Emission Monitoring Systems (CEMS) and environmental regulations.
  • Ability to work closely with the Management Team to develop and implement compliance strategies.
