About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Compliance and Quality Coordinator to join our team at Parker Jones Group Ltd. As a key member of our Quality and Compliance team, you will play a vital role in ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance across our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Quality Document Management: Assist in the management of quality documents, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and compliant with regulatory requirements.
  2. Internal Site Defect Identification: Collaborate with internal project teams to identify and address defects on site, ensuring timely resolution and minimal disruption to operations.
  3. Process Implementation: Work closely with the Quality and Compliance team to implement processes and procedures that meet regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
  4. Individual Process Management: As you gain experience and competency, you will take on increased responsibility for managing individual processes, ensuring seamless execution and continuous improvement.
  5. Technical Assistance: Provide technical support to projects, ensuring that all aspects of quality and compliance are met.
  6. PAC Review: Review Provisional Acceptance Certificate (PAC) information, including datasheets, testing evidence, and manuals, to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Person Specification:

Essential:

  1. A degree in a relevant field, such as renewables or engineering, or equivalent experience.
  2. High capacity for learning and applying new skills, with a strong ability to adapt to changing regulatory requirements.
  3. Intermediate IT skills, including proficiency in MS Office Suite and computer literacy.
  4. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively communicate with internal stakeholders and external clients.
  5. A proactive approach and strong work ethic, with a self-motivated and goal-oriented attitude.
  6. A team player with a professional demeanor and presentation, able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  7. A strong interest in the renewables and alternative energy sector, with a full UK driving license and own transport.

Desirable:

  1. A postgraduate degree or equivalent experience.
  2. Previous experience in the solar industry, particularly within construction or O&M settings.
  3. Ability to effectively problem-solve and think outside the box, with a strong analytical mindset.
  4. AutoCAD experience, with a strong understanding of design and technical principles.
