Quality Assurance Manager

Role Overview

We are seeking a Quality Assurance Manager to oversee our Devon portfolio at Rose Care Group. This role is perfect for someone ready to join a dynamic management team and make a meaningful impact.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Training home managers and front-line staff on quality assurance activities.
  • Supporting the Line Manager in developing impactful documents and training programs.
  • Covering homes as an acting manager when needed (shared with the Operations team).
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of each location, focusing on structural, financial, and operational compliance.
  • Advising on quality assurance activities and consulting with Directors on improvement initiatives.
  • Embedding audit and evaluation into the care service, managing ongoing audits, and reporting to Directors.
  • Monitoring operations for compliance with current legislation and notifying Directors of any changes.
  • Providing detailed reports on homes under your supervision to Directors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years of experience as a Deputy Manager, Head of Care, or a more senior role within elderly care or domiciliary care.
  • Strong problem-solving and team organization skills, utilizing existing RCG systems.
  • Turnaround experience is a plus but not essential.
  • Excellent written communication skills.

Pay: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
