Job Title: Compliance and Quality Coordinator

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Compliance and Quality Coordinator to join our team at CV Library. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Quality & Compliance team in Devon, ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance in our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Assist with data room management, ensuring all data is accurate and up-to-date.
  2. Manage warranties and liaise with internal project teams and clients for snagging lists and documentation.
  3. Perform site visit quality control checks as needed.
  4. Provide technical assistance to projects and review PAC information, including datasheets, testing evidence, and manuals.

Person Specification:

Essential:

  1. Renewables or engineering degree or relevant experience.
  2. High capacity for learning and applying new skills.
  3. Intermediate IT skills (MS Office Suite) and computer literacy.
  4. Good communication skills (written and oral).
  5. Proactive approach and work ethic.
  6. Self-motivated, driven, and goal-oriented.
  7. Team player attitude.
  8. Professional demeanor and presentation.
  9. Interest in the renewables and alternative energy sector.
  10. Full UK driving license with own transport.

Desirable:

  1. Postgraduate degree (or equivalent).
  2. Previous solar experience (especially within construction or O&M settings).
  3. Ability to effectively problem-solve and think outside the box.
  4. AutoCAD experience.
