Quality Manager Job Description

Care Concern Group is seeking a Quality Manager to lead the development and implementation of quality assurance systems and processes across our 11 care homes, with plans to expand to 15 through various acquisition and commissioning projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a Quality Strategy Framework, ensuring regulatory compliance and continuous improvement.
  • Provide guidance and support to management teams to achieve and maintain regulatory compliance, including regular reviews and audits.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to develop and maintain quality assurance systems and processes, ensuring effectiveness and efficiency.
  • Ensure up-to-date policies and procedures are in place, reflecting current legislation and best practice.
  • Conduct regular audits and prepare written reports with recommendations to improve the safety and quality of services.
  • Provide ongoing guidance to management teams on how to achieve the aims and objectives specific to the needs of the service.
  • Lead and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders on project launch and implementations across the group to promote a continuous culture of improvement.
