Are you a sales professional looking for a challenging new opportunity in the SaaS/ Software-as-a-Service industry?

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at h2 Recruit, specializing in Software and SaaS sales. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in new business development and account management, with a focus on corporate clients up to £500m turnover.

The role involves performing a hybrid function of both business development (new business) and account management of an existing portfolio of clients. You will be working in an autonomous sales environment, so we are looking for self-motivated candidates who can thrive in this setting.

The package includes a competitive basic salary of around £48,000, plus uncapped commission generating a Year 1 OTE of circa £80k. You will also receive an award-winning benefits package, quality training and coaching, and a dynamic company culture that values its people.

The successful candidate will be targeting corporate clients across various industries, including Financial Software, Legal Software, Compliance, Tax, and AI. They must be driven and self-motivated, with the ability to follow a structured and consultative sales cycle.
