Luxury Sales Professional

This is a challenging and rewarding sales role that requires building strong relationships with potential residents and their families in the luxury retirement living industry. The successful candidate will have experience in selling high value products or services, a proven ability to build trust and relationships with key stakeholders, and a self-motivated personality with a target-oriented approach.
The primary responsibilities of this role include:
- BUILD TRUST WITH POTENTIAL RESIDENTS AND THEIR FAMILIES
- GUIDE INDIVIDUALS AND THEIR FAMILIES THROUGH THE RETIREMENT LIVING PROCESS
- METRIC DRIVEN REMUNERATION PACKAGE DESIGN TO REWARD YOU FOR YOUR HARD WORK
About You:
To be considered for this role, you will have:
- EXPERIENCE IN SELLING HIGH VALUE PRODUCTS OR SERVICES
- ABILITY TO BUILD TRUST AND RELATIONSHIPS WITH KEY STAKEHOLDERS
- SELF-MOTIVATED PERSONALITY WITH A TARGET-ORIENTED APPROACH
What We Offer:
We offer a competitive salary of £60,000 per annum plus extensive incentive scheme (weekly and monthly) plus competitive bonus for every sale, resulting in an OTE of up to £70,000.
