Business Process Improvement Specialist

The role of the Business Analyst at Essential Employment involves investigating and analysing different aspects of our business activities, recommending changes to make those activities more efficient, and coordinating the implementation of those changes.
Key responsibilities include analysing existing processes, discussing requirements with management and operators, and comparing business processes with those used in other organisations.
**Key Accountabilities:**
- Facilitate collaboration between business users and technical staff to understand business requirements and existing business processes.
- Coordinate planned work with the overall business improvement plan created by the Corporate Support Department.
- Identify areas for improvement by analysing existing processes and discussing requirements with management and operators.
**Ideal Candidate:**
Our ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
