Process Improvement Automation Specialist

At BNY Mellon, we're seeking a skilled Process Improvement Automation Specialist to join our Continuous Improvement team. In this role, you'll play a key part in driving business process improvements through robotics programming, process mapping, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement automated processes from initial investigation to development and testing
  • Prepare and manage project documentation, including action logs, RAID logs, benefits quantification, and project plans
  • Assist with data analysis and reporting, including preparation of MI data on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis
  • Coach less experienced team members on Excel functions and formulas
  • Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations for internal and external meetings

Requirements:

  • Strong experience of Microsoft Office, including advanced Excel skills
  • Ability to learn a robotics coding language
  • Experience writing and producing documentation of a management standard
  • Proven project/administrative experience
  • Ability to clearly articulate information, issues, and solutions to peers and managers
