About the Role: As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital part in supporting students with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND) at our Good Ofsted-rated Secondary School.
">Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized support to SEND students in 1:1 and group sessions
- Collaborate closely with the SENDCo and Class Teachers to develop tailored teaching methods
- Foster a safe and inclusive learning environment that promotes social and emotional growth
Salary Details: This full-time role offers a competitive daily rate of £95-£105 via PAYE, including holiday pay. With Term-time only contract until July 2025, this position provides an excellent opportunity for professional growth and development.
">Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need a relevant First-Class Degree from a top 20 UK university and a genuine passion for teaching and working with SEND children.
