Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled professional to join our Transformation Unit as a Clinical Community Midwifery Leader. This role involves providing safe and coordinated care to women across Hampshire Hospital Maternity Services.

Key Responsibilities: As a clinical leader, you will be responsible for managing two small midwifery teams in neighbouring areas. Your duties will include supervising and supporting staff, delegating women's care, and implementing evidence-based standards. You will also be responsible for creating an environment that normalises birth and supports the public health agenda.

Requirements: To be successful in this role, you will need to have recent experience in intrapartum care and hold a valid driver's license. You should also have leadership skills, a strong understanding of workplace culture, and the ability to problem solve. Additionally, you must be able to communicate fluently in English and have a good understanding of HR policies.
