We are seeking a driven and results-focused Senior Business Development Manager to join our client's team at Home Recruitment Ltd.
This role presents an exciting opportunity for a sales professional to drive the expansion of our client base across key sectors, including local authorities, residential properties, hotels, retail, NHS Trust sites, and universities.
As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing a strategic sales plan to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
The successful candidate will have a proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets in a B2B environment, with exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, as well as analytical thinking and a strategic approach to planning and executing sales activities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive client acquisition and revenue growth.
- Identify and engage potential clients across key sectors, positioning our client's solutions as a market leader.
- Manage the complete sales process from lead generation to contract signing, adopting a consultative approach to meet client needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs, contributing to our client's expansion goals.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor offerings, and advancements in technology.
- Collaborate with management and operations teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and project execution.
- Provide regular sales forecasts and reports, identifying opportunities for growth and improvement.
